At MìLà & Shopify, we've always seen food as a canvas - a place where honey meets spice, tradition meets reinvention, and Chinese American flavors get to speak in their own voice. Not either/or, always both.

Tonight's omakase brings that philosophy to life. Premium ingredients, Hokkaido scallops, Wagyu, Norwegian king crab, share the stage with the same craft we put into every dumpling and noodle we freeze at peak quality. It's a deliberate tension: frozen food isn't supposed to be restaurant quality… and yet ours is. Because great technique doesn't fade in the freezer. If anything, it makes the moment of eating even more magical.

Authenticity, to us, isn't rigid. It's lived, cooked, shared - shaped by the kitchens we grew up in and the ones we're building now. So each course tonight becomes a brushstroke. Each pairing, a conversation between heritage and imagination. Each bite, proof that frozen can be premium and wildly delicious.
