Our authentic Chinese dumpling offers a modern twist on a beloved classic. With a higher meat-to-veggie ratio and superior ingredients, we deliver exceptional flavor and taste. HOW TO MAKE

In a large pot, bring 7 cups of water to a rolling boil.

Add dumplings to the boiling water and wait for reboiling.

After reboiling, continue cooking for 4 to 6 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Add 2-3 tbsp of vegetable oil to a nonstick pan over medium-low. Place dumplings in the pan about 1 inch apart.

Cook dumplings until golden brown on the bottom, about 5 minutes. Add enough water to reach about ¼ up the sides of the dumplings and cover the pan immediately.

Cook for another 6–8 minutes (medium-low heat).

Remove dumplings carefully from the pan to prevent breakage and enjoy with your favorite sauces!

In a large wok or pan, bring 2-3 inches of water to a rolling boil (medium-high heat).

Place dumplings in a lined steamer basket (use parchment paper, cabbage leaves or a silicon liner). Make sure to leave a 1 inch gap between dumplings.

Steam dumplings for 8 minutes. Remove from heat.

Nope! Our dumplings are designed and packaged specifically to be cooked straight from frozen, in just 11 minutes. It’s that easy.
All MìLà products are made locally in our manufacturing facilities located in Monterey Park, CA and Auburn, WA. All of our ingredients are sourced from the US, except for a handful of specialty items from China.
Sorry, steamer liners are not included. Due to an oversight, the packaging incorrectly states that a steamer liner is included in the bag. If you’d like to steam, you can place parchment paper, a reusable silicone liner, or even cabbage leaves on the steamer basket, underneath the dumplings. We also recommend boiling or pan-frying the dumplings! These instructions are on the bag.
A steamer is not required. We recommend boiling your dumplings or pan-frying them for a potsticker effect. Alternatively, you can steam them in a steamer. See the “How to Make” section above for step by step instructions and videos.
