At MìLà, we're committed to delivering top-quality products from our factories to your front door. We guarantee that our products arrive fully frozen and intact, or you get your money back!
How do I tell if products are melted or damaged?
Please inspect your products upon delivery: Dumplings should feel hard to the touch and should not be stuck together. If more than 3 dumplings are stuck together, please contact us.
Noodle bags should feel hard to the touch.
Sauces and other hard goods should not have any leakage or breakage.
What do I need to get my refund or replacement?
Please, include your order number and the e-mail address used to place the order.
Pictures of:
•Outside of the box with shipping label
• Inside of the box clearing showing the number of dry ice bags (note: these are clear plastic bags and will be empty if the dry ice has completely sublimated)
• Packing slip
• Damaged or melted product
• Best By Date on the product packaging

Return Policy
Due to the frozen and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Purchases from Third-Party Retailers:
For customers who purchase MìLà products from retailers such as Wegmans, Target, Costco, or online channels separate from www.eatmila.com, please direct any refund or exchange requests to the original place of purchase. Each retailer will have its own return policy and can assist you accordingly. MìLà is unable to process refunds or exchanges for items purchased outside of our direct sales channels.
Exchanges & Changes to Existing Orders:
Gifts may be exchanged if requested within 30 days after receipt. Exchanges will be issued as future credit or a discount code. Some limitations apply.
Once a shipping label is created, we cannot make any alterations to your order, including holds, product edits, or address changes. Please check your order confirmation email to verify accuracy and confirm your address. Please review our Shipping FAQ page for more shipping questions.
Policy Amendments:
MìLà reserves the right to adjust this policy as needed. All claims must be made within 60 days of purchase.
