With two tiers, it can steam a total of 24 of our delicious soup dumplings at a time—enough for the whole family to enjoy for dinner, or for one particularly hungry dumpling connoisseur. Simply fill a wok or flat-bottomed pan with 2 inches of boiling water, place the steamer on top, cover the bottom with a paper liner, and put a lid on it. You’ll be 11 minutes away from soup dumpling perfection!
Even more, our bamboo steamer is easy to clean. Just wash it with a mild dish soap and hot water, then rinse thoroughly. Try not to let it soak though, unless you want your dumplings to have notes of old dishwater.
