Our braised beef noodle has tender beef that is slow-braised to perfection in a thick and savory blend of oyster sauce, chu hou sauce, soy sauces, and aromantic spices.
This noodle dish is not spicy but if you’re looking for an extra kick add a drizzle of your favorite chili oil or MìLà Chili Crunch.
This dish is simple to prepare and only requires boiling water to heat your frozen sauce packet and cook your noodles. Follow the cook time on the package as cook time varies depending on cooking method. Once your noodles are cooked and your sauce is heated, mix together and slurp away!
While these noodles are almost as convenient as instant noodles, our noodles are semi-prepared frozen noodles. Each package comes with a nest of air-dried noodles free of additives and preservatives and a package of scratch made sauce containing real chunks of slow-braised beef and premium ingredients.
Our meat is restaurant-grade chuck beef that is oven-seared and slow-braised for four hours with spices and aromantics to achieve a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness.
Our noodles are thick, straight noodles that air-dried using a traditional method in Guanmiao, Taiwan. These noodles are free from additives and preservatives and boast a chewy, bouncy texture when cooked.

Place sauce packet in refrigerator to thaw overnight. Do not thaw longer than 3 days. Do not refreeze.
