Cold Silken Tofu ft. MìLà Sauce Trio Recipe
Recipe by
INGREDIENTS
- MíLá Sauce Trio:
- 1 tbsp Umami Scallion Ginger Oil
- 1 tbsp Chili Crunch, plus extra for garnishing
- 2.5 tbsp Dumpling Dipping Sauce
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 block silken tofu, drained
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- Green onions, for garnishing
- Black and white toasted sesame seeds, for garnishing
INSTRUCTIONS
- Carefully drain the excess liquid from the silken tofu package and place the tofu in a serving bowl. (Optional: Score the top of the tofu with a knife to allow the sauce to penetrate deeper.)
- In a separate bowl, combine the Umami Scallion Ginger Oil, Chili Crunch, and Dumpling Dipping Sauce. When measuring the Umami Scallion Ginger Oil and Chili Crunch, try to scoop more of the solids and less of the oil.
- Grate the garlic clove into the bowl and add the rice vinegar. Mix until the sauce is well combined.
- Pour the sauce over the tofu. Garnish with julienned (can also be chopped regularly) green onions, sesame seeds, and extra Chili Crunch.
