Simple one-pot three-ingredient mango curry recipe with vegan soup dumplings. Juicy, bursting with flavors, and easy on the stomach. 


INGREDIENTS

  • Brooklyn Deli’s Mango Curry Sauce
  • 7-8pcs MiLa Vegan Soup Dumplings
  • Bok Choy

Garnish (Optional):

  1. Scallions
  2. Chili Oil
  3. Sesame Seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pour the curry simmer sauce into a pot and cover with a lid. Bring the sauce to a simmer.
  2. Add the vegan soup dumplings and cover the lid to cook for 7 min. Add bok choy into the curry sauce and cook for an additional 7 minutes.
  3. Top the vegan soup dumplings with chili oil, green onions, and sesame seeds (optional) and enjoy!
