Follow along as our in-house Chef Brian whips up a batch of
MìLà soup dumplings.
In a large wok or pan, bring 2-3 inches of water to a rolling boil.
Place dumplings in a lined steamer basket. Make sure to leave a 1 inch gap between dumplings.
Steam dumplings for 11 minutes. Remove from heat.
Rest dumplings for 1 minute with lid on. After 1 minute, remove lid and rest for an additional minute. Serve with your favorite sauces!
A Letter From our Founders
In 2018 my husband and I opened a restaurant in Bellevue, WA to share the Chinese foods we love with more people. When the pandemic hit in 2020, we began freezing and delivering our restaurant’s popular soup dumplings. Little did we know that demand would grow beyond our city, snowballing into what MìLà is today. Hungry after all this talk about food? Great—let’s eat!

Our dumplings are packaged with temperature-stabilizing dry ice and wrapped in an insulated liner. Your order is backed by our “Melt-Free Guarantee” — if there’s a delay in transit that affects the quality of your product, we’ll reship your order and make things right.
Nope! Our dumplings are designed and packaged specifically to be cooked straight from frozen, in just 11 minutes. It’s that easy.
All MìLà products are made locally in our manufacturing facilities located in Monterey Park, CA and Auburn, WA. All of our ingredients are sourced from the US, except for a handful of specialty items from China.
Yes, steamer liners are included inside every bag of dumplings! If you don’t see them right away, check the bottom of the bag—sometimes during packaging and shipping, they can get pushed down.
We suggest using our bamboo steamer, but you can steam our dumplings without it.
