The origin of

Potstickers

As Chinese Americans, we’ve spent many family gatherings making dumplings—they’re not always perfectly pleated, but they’re always a delicious way to come together and celebrate our heritage. For our classic dumplings, we wanted to capture the essence of those comforting homemade dumplings, with flavors our families would appreciate. But we also worked with our in-house team of chefs to ensure that our dumplings do come out perfectly, every time you pan-fry, steam, or boil them.
