Vegan Friendly Dinner Party in 45 Minutes

Host your next dinner party and have a full spread ready in 45 minutes with MiLa’s Vegan Bundle.


INGREDIENTS

  • Mila Vegan Bundle
  • Bok Choy
    • 3 bulbs bok choy
    • 5 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
    • 2 tbsp neutral oil
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • salt to taste
  • Smashed Cucumbers
    • 4 persian cucumbers
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
    • 2 tbsp MiLa chili crunch
    • salt

INSTRUCTIONS

MiLa Vegan Bundle:

  1. Follow cooking instructions on the back of each bag for soup dumplings, noodles, and dessert dumplings
  2. Optional: Garnish soup dumplings and noodles with green onion (scallion)

Bok Choy:

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat
  2. Add the garlic and cook for one minute or until fragrant
  3. Add the bok choy and stir fry for 2 minutes
  4. Add salt and sesame oil, stir fry for one more minute
  5. Remove from heat and serve.


Smashed Cucumber:

  1. Cut cucumbers lengthwise, then into 1.5 inch sections
  2. Use the side of a knife to smash
  3. Sprinkle generously with salt and allow to sit for 10 minutes
  4. Rinse thoroughly with cold water
  5. Season with soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and MiLa chili crunch
