One-Pot High Protein Braised Beef Noodles
One-pot high protein braised beef noodles with egg and veggies. 37 grams of protein.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bag MiLa Braised Beef Noodles
- 1 egg
- Leafy green of choice
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Boil the noodles and egg together for 6 minutes.
- Add handful of leafy greens at the last minute just to soften their texture.
- Drain the noodles and set aside leafy greens and soft boiled egg.
- Heat up the braised beef sauce in a pot of boiling water (follow package instructions) and pour sauce over the noodles.
- Top noodles with leafy greens, peeled and halved soft boiled egg, and chopped green onions.
