One-Pot High Protein Braised Beef Noodles

One-pot high protein braised beef noodles with egg and veggies. 37 grams of protein.


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bag MiLa Braised Beef Noodles 
  • 1 egg
  • Leafy green of choice
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Boil the noodles and egg together for 6 minutes.
  2. Add handful of leafy greens at the last minute just to soften their texture.
  3. Drain the noodles and set aside leafy greens and soft boiled egg.
  4. Heat up the braised beef sauce in a pot of boiling water (follow package instructions) and pour sauce over the noodles.
  5. Top noodles with leafy greens, peeled and halved soft boiled egg, and chopped green onions.
